LEED Gold registered project for a major entertainment company, consisting of 5 buildings on an urban site. Exterior rammed earth bearing walls support the timber and structural steel framed roof. Seismic system consists of rammed earth shear walls and buckling restrained braced frames. Designed and constructed on a fast-track schedule.
