Affordable housing project occupying a full city block in the Mission District of San Francisco. Four-story, 190,000 square feet, 117 rental unit, wood-framed housing over a two-story post-tensioned concrete podium containing parking and commercial spaces. Building is supported on mat slab and pile foundation. Future phase adds thirty-four, for-sale housing units.
