Major re-construction of an old PG&E service center to program and office space. The building was originally constructed of reinforced concrete and steel. A previous addition using masonry walls and steel trusses was constructed in the 1980′s. The Y wanted to add a third story, create a multi-level lobby, and add rooftop gardens. This was all achieved within budget, plus certification to LEED Gold level.
