$40 million juvenile facility including six housing buildings, two courtrooms, a school, medical facilities, recreation yards, an institutional kitchen, and office spaces. The buildings are constructed with metal roof deck on open web steel joists, concrete slab and composite deck floors, and CMU bearing walls with steel braced frames on spread footings.
