IDA designed this two-story sales, admin, parts and showroom building. IDA worked closely with the geotechnical engineer to minimize mat thickness based on various settlement scenarios.
In addition, IDA provided slab design and support for a one-story prefabricated metal building. The total floor area is approximately 40,000 sf.
