New affordable housing structure developed in partnership with the Black Cultural Zone Community Development Corporation (BCZ) and Eden Housing.
The structure has 119 units in 5-stories of Type III-A construction over 2 stories of Type I-A. Thirty of the units will be reserved for Special Needs Populations and 8 of the units will include space for small in-home artist/entrepreneurial businesses and family childcare. The property is being ground leased from the City of Oakland.
