IDA designed this new 17,500 square foot community center for Alameda County.
The wall structure utilizes Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), while the roof is a combination of engineered lumber and architectural custom wood/steel trusses.
The project was designed with the Hayward Area Recreation and Park District (HARD) and the Alameda County Redevelopment Agency.
