Set along a creek, within a residential neighborhood in Napa, the new 3-story, 26,000 sf, Type V-A wood frame Valle Verde structure is situated alongside Heritage House, an adaptive re-use project operated by the same non-profit.
The new building was designed to match the existing structure and provides 24 new affordable housing units next to 66 homes in the adapted reuse of the assisted living facility.
