Complete renovation and seismic upgrade including conversion of the existing single theater into a double theater with an elevator and roof deck.
The project will include a rooftop bar with wine and beer, a community center, and a commercial kitchen – utilizing the new 2nd floor that will be inserted into the building. In addition, IDA will secure the iconic tall “Park” marquee that defines Lafayette’s downtown.
