Located at 748 West San Carlos, this new 7-story, 90,000 sf net-zero, all-electric urban infill project is located in the redeveloped West San Carlos retail corridor in San Jose.
The building includes 80 units of affordable supportive housing plus parking and community spaces in 5 stories of Type III structure over two stories of Type IA. Designed for LEED Silver Certification, a photovoltaic solar array on the roof harnesses energy for the whole project and all stormwater runoff is treated on-site.
