A beautifully crafted, full renovation of a 5,000 square foot historic mid-century home.
Located on a ten-acre site in an open space preserve at the edge of Stanford University, this home has views of the old oak trees and the hills of the area protected by a conservation easement. IDA and the architect respectfully redesigned and modernized the home. A new master bedroom and bath were added, the kitchen and dining room were relocated to the center of the home, and energy-efficient solutions were added throughout the house. Sustainable elements include reclaimed teak siding used as accent material throughout the home.
