New Senior Housing designed on a tight schedule and accomplished under budget
New 2- and 3-story Type V buildings include 59 affordable senior dwelling units and 1 manager’s unit, plus an administrative support office, community room, lobby, laundry room, and crafts room for a total of 54,000 square feet. Located in Redding, Piper Way is the first California Department of Developmental Services-funded project for seniors with developmental disabilities in the state, with several rooms specifically set aside for them.
