New $52M project for the Cotati-Rohnert Park Unified School District.
The 70,000 square foot, Type II gym, theater, and classroom building is located on the Rancho Cotate High School campus. The project includes one main three-court gymnasium with retractable bleachers and a 200- to 250-seat theater with associated support spaces. The new building accommodates around 500 students at a time and includes a band room, dance studio, weight room, and six academic classrooms.The gymnasium is also used as a performance space with an operable wall between the theater stage and the gymnasium.
