Bridging documents for the County of Alameda’s Fire Department’s training facility in Dublin.
The design includes a new 8,000 square foot, one-story classroom building with multiple roof heights plus a 5,500 square foot, 5-story concrete and masonry training tower and a water tank vault. The project is an important component of fire fighter training, providing a space to play out real life scenarios. The bridging documents were used as the basis of the final design-build project.
