National award winning, affordable, transit-oriented development adjacent to Fruitvale BART Station in Oakland.
Two Oakland community developers came together to develop this 94-unit, four-story structure with a mixture of family units. Casa Arabella was designed to accommodate a variety of family sizes as well as invigorate the street at the sidewalk level, providing street-fronting stoops, welcoming porches, and easy access to the BART station for commuting to work.
