New $4M, 11,800 sf, one-story wood and concrete framed office building with long-span curved glulams and exposed members.
The highlight of the structure is the 15-foot-tall concrete architectural spine element which is designed as a precast tilt up. IDA worked with the architect and contractor on the construction of the element and the exposed concrete in the structure.
