The three-story wood-framed building over parking, consists of 49 units, each with a private deck or patio. Total enclosed area is 45,680 square feet on a 1.6 acre site. The wood shingle siding and wood trellises are design elements that reference some of the grand old Julia Morgan designed buildings located in nearby Asilomar Conference Center.
