Historic Renovation and Expansion of local Non-Profit Health Clinic
IDA worked with Lifelong Medical to renovate and expand this nonprofit medical and mental health clinic while preserving the historic character of the existing building. The $8M renovation of this 1927 building is designed to LEED Silver standards and includes the construction of a three-story addition. The facility now has 27 exam rooms that will accommodate 10,000 patients a year. It is licensed at OSHPD 3 level.
