IDA provided the structural design for this affordable rental housing project which includes just over 100 family units in two new three- and four-story wood frame buildings.
In addition, the existing three-story historic Rectory building that was originally part of the St. Francis de Sales Cathedral Complex was fully renovated. The development includes a landscaped podium deck and a parking garage that is partially subterranean.
