IDA prepared bridging documents for the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Emergency Operations Center in Martinez.
The two-story, state-of-the-art 38,000-square foot building is designed to operate independently during an emergency if city utilities become unavailable. It includes the Sheriff’s Administration, Field Operations, Communications, Coroner and Emergency Services Divisions.
