Five new framed buildings and two educational greenhouses – all with extensive exposed framing including wood and steel trusses – to replace aging facilities for a popular Peralta Community College program.
Located in the Oakland hills, the buildings provide structures to support the landscape and horticulture education program. The 19,000+ sf of new buildings house lecture space, laboratories, chemical/diesel storage, restrooms, and more.
