New 35-unit affordable senior housing built on a sloping, tight urban site in Berkeley and designed to complement its surroundings.
The structure is 4-stories of Type V wood frame over a 1-story Type I parking garage which also supports a large, open courtyard above. One of the few new affordable housing projects in North Berkeley, the project provides two units for All Souls Episcopal Parish which generously provided the land for the project.
