New $18.9M two-story classroom and administration building in Hayward.
This design-build project includes 15 replacement classrooms and 6 new classrooms under DSA oversight for the LPS charter school. The new building is approximately 49,000 sf and includes science classrooms, maker/art classrooms, a gym, and admin and supportive spaces.
