IDA developed bridging documents for this new fire station in San Lorenzo for the County of Alameda.
The project consists of a 1-story, 9900 square foot fire station with 2 apparatus bays and a community/training room. There is a separate utility building for storage, hose drying equipment, trash/recycling, and an emergency generator. Project will be designed to LEED Silver standard.
