New gymnasium building with community meeting rooms at an existing parochial school in the Oakland Hills.

Buildings are constructed of wood, steel and masonry construction. Site is located on top of an old quarry with uncontrolled fill, which required a steel pile and supported structural slab foundation system. Project awarded First Place in Metal Architecture Magazine International Design Competition, 2009.
